CEO Wilson is on Paid Leave:

The maker of electronic components, Jabil Inc., said on Thursday that it had placed Chief Executive Officer Kenneth Wilson on paid leave since April 15 to review company policy.

As per its regulatory filing, the business named Michael Dastoor, its current CFO, is the temporary CEO, effective April 19.

In answer to a request for further information on Wilson’s leave of absence, Jabil referred to the document.

Wilson took over as CEO on May 1, 2023, having been appointed in November 2022, replacing Mark Mondello.

In line with its restructuring strategy, the business had stated last year that it would cut staff. Through fiscal year 2024, it is expected to realize pre-tax restructuring and other associated charges of nearly $300 million.
